Oxford's Freedom Plans allow your client to choose a doctor from the listing of PCPs (primary care physicians) in Oxford’s Freedom network. All of Oxford’s plans offer a wide range of preventive programs and benefits. All of the plans provide one physical per year at no charge and various prescription drugs benefit programs.
Oxford’s Liberty PPO plan has deductibles that vary from $1,000 to $2,500 for in-network individuals and $2,000 or $5,000 for in-network families. Copayments vary from 20% to 30%.
